We want you to love your TeeTowel Co. towel. If for any reason you don’t, we’ll make it right.

Changed your mind?

No problem. We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed and in their original condition. Simply drop us a message through the contact form with your order number and we’ll get it sorted.

Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent.

Received something faulty or wrong?

That’s on us. Contact us within 14 days of delivery and we’ll either replace it or refund you in full — whichever you prefer. We’ll cover the return postage too. No arguments. No quibbles.

Refunds:

Once we receive your return we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days back to your original payment method. We’ll drop you an email to confirm when it’s done.
