Shipping Policy

We know you want your towel quickly. We want that too. Here’s how it works.

UK Delivery:

Free on every order. Always. No minimum spend. No surprises at checkout.

Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days via Royal Mail. Once it’s on its way you can expect delivery within 2-4 business days.

We dispatch Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday. 🏌️

European Delivery:

We ship across Europe for £4 per order via Royal Mail International.

Delivery typically takes 5-10 business days depending on your location.

Any customs charges or import duties are the responsibility of the customer. 🌍

Order Tracking:

All orders are sent via Royal Mail. Tracked shipping is available at checkout for an additional charge. Standard shipping is untracked but rarely goes missing. We’re trusting like that. 📦
